Gulf Coast Village is now accepting reservations at Palmview, the new state-of-the-art, 130,980-square-foot assisted living and memory care support residence located next to the existing Gulf Coast Village campus at 1433 Santa Barbara Blvd. in Cape Coral. Opening in March, Palmview offers 128 residences including 80 assisted living and 48 memory support at Gulf Coast Village community, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that offers the full continuum of care for adults over 62, encompassing independent living, assisted living, specialized memory support, skilled nursing, outpatient services and home health care. Now through March 2017, the Palmview Premier Program allows new residents to lock in rates until January 2019.
