At Gulf Coast Village, living well isn’t just a program. It’s our philosophy, a way of life and a promise to help residents live a healthier and happier life now … and into the future.
We encourage residents to be active and independent by participating in fun and exciting activities to nurture the mind, body and spirit. That’s the pathway to optimum health, and achievable through our six dimensions of wellness, based on each person’s capabilities, needs and desires. Our philosophy includes physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, vocational and environmental aspects.
We offer wellness opportunities for beginners, intermediate and advanced participants. These opportunities are also available to seniors who are not residents of Gulf Coast Village for a nominal fee. All participating nonresidents who take a wellness class will also receive a complimentary month of wellness activities to enjoy.
