Physical Wellness
If you’re the active type, you’ll find many wonderful opportunities to embrace the physical dimension of wellness. Start with the fitness center, equipped with strength machines, treadmills, a recumbent bike, Swiss balls and free-weight equipment.
Then, head over to the outdoor heated pool for aqua aerobics, or join in a variety of classes such as balance and strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, meditation, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and many more. Wellness assessments are free for residents. For fitness orientations, please make an appointment.

Mature adults are invited to join in our fitness classes and programs — just give us a call to schedule a time. Classes are only $6 per person. And for a nominal fee, we also offer wellness assessments, with a complimentary follow-up session to help you meet all your wellness goals!
